Blowing hot then cold ???

When in a warm room, if you switch a fan on it blows cool air and not warm air as you are in a warm room, why is this ???

Has anyone heard that funny song 'saddam from iraq' ? Its to the tune of jennifer lopez's 'jenny from the block'. Don't be fooled by the bombs that he's got... its very funny. anyone else heard it?
