keyboard has jammed on computer

the keyboard has jammed on the computer and when i type nothing appears on screen. There is a pencil that appears instead please help Many thanks

Application Fails to open correctly.

When I switch on My Computer which should automatically open on Desk Top. It makes a Sound and shows Application Failed and quotes no OX 800 106BA. Windows Defender to stop. If you ppress OK or Cancel...

internet address toolbar not showing
