does anyone know of any cheap car insurers via the internet? im 22, and i drive a T reg 1.6 astra and i have 3 years no claims. best i have got is ?472 with lloyds tsb.

hotel cancellation charged to credit card

can hotels charge a credit card if the guest doesn't arrive at the hotel and fails to cancel the reservation? the cancelation policy clearly states that they need to cancel the day prior to arrival?
