how do I UNLOCK

when my computer first comes on there is a box in the middle of the screen that says locked and i press on that then I can use it how do i get rid of that box so i can turn it on and it goes straight...

hi all I have got an old photo of my mom, sadly she has passed away now, she is only 2years old now. It is badly scratched now is there any way to get the scratches out then I could have it blown up...
