sometimes its fine,but now and again on switch on the green light is on the front of the pc comes on ,but doesnt boot and nothing works ie fans,dvd drive,everything,does the pc need a new power...

the program freezes after 20 odd secs of encoding...only reply if u have had same prob as i have tried configuring prog 2 many times...thx in advance,pc fine memory etc it just stops responding
