land registry

I f a builder builds houses to plan but then dosnt build the houses in the correct place and sells the houses but the title deed dosnt match is there anything that can be done.

How can you find out if a builder had indemnity and how do you then make a claim against this if he did have.

radon gas

I can anyone tell me if radon gas within a house is as big of a problem as what some of the sites on the internet make out thank you

Thank you for your replies.The problem I have is that part of my house was built on council land 9 years ago but this was not noticed untill 2 years ago now the council want me to pay for the land
