Not insured

Borrowed a friends car, he had fully comprehensive insurance and said i was insured to drive it. Stopped by police, routine check asked to produce. turns out i am not insured, in magistrates court...

im on my mums policy as a named driver am i insured to drive another car just passed my test so still classed as a learner

Cycling on the pavement aaaarrrrgggghhhh

Why do so many idiot cyclists seem to think it's ok to ride on the pavement. It's still illegal but the police seem to have given up on that part of the law. Now I'm not suggesting they prosecute but...
