Is there any way to stop someone claiming to be the widow of a deceased person even though the marriage claim has been proved to be false (forged marriage certificate and sworn witness statements)...

National Insurance number under false married name.

What happens if it is discovered that someone gained a national insurance number under a false married name- having used a forged marriage certificate at her interview?

Pension Credit Fraud

A co-habiting couple had been receiving pension credit and not declaring considerable assets and income- not to mentionthe fact that the younger partner gained ILR using a forged marriage certificate....
