screen shake on toshiba tv

i have a toshiba 36 inch flat screen 100 hz tv .when it is first turned on the screen shakes for about ten minutes then it is fine. any one help ?

For those of you following my previous problems We have now gone 13 days without both hot water and heating at the same time..... British Gas have sent 2 different engineers to fix the boiler on 6...
