We are going away and bringing our 6 month old baby with us. will he be entitled to 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars duty free when he returns to the uk?

can someone on here explain the legalities of using a hand held speed gun to catch motorists speeding and how this evidence can be used in court seen as the gun itself does not record what vehicle was...

opening driving licence

Is it legal for a line manager or a police officer to open your driving licence to see if there are any points on it?. I would have thought this would bias their option about you.
