Sky plus one lnb?

I moved house and am living temp in a flat that has been prewired for sky but there is only one out let how do i get sky plus to work? can i split the cable?

can a council evict a tenant for not being present at a tenancy audit? how ong would it be reasonable to give him before they start legal proceedings?
