getting rid of widescreen format

For some reason my 15" flat screen has changed to widescreen format and I have to scroll horizontaly to view. How can I change back to normal?

Can anyone tell me,If I buy car insurance over the internet am I able to print out a certificate immediatly or do I have to wait days for them to post it to me?

Hi, Would a car with a 3 cylinder engine be suitable for motorway driving? (50 miles per day 16 times a month + leisure) Please advise
