cars overtaking?

i was driving today and the car behind me was so far up my backside it was almost in the drivers seat, when he got the chance he overtook me only to slow down and go no further than in front of me!...

telling me the price of petrol???

just phoned up one of my local supermarkets to ask how much they are charging fro petrol and was told that it is against the law to say over the phone! has anyone ever heard of it before?
