Telephone Extension.

I've added a telephone extension to an upstairs room and I think I wired it correctly, the phone works but fails to ring when there is an incoming call. The ringer works on the main phone and it's not...

Uninstalling Real Media player.

I've tried several times to uninstall Real Media player by using the uninstall prompt and add/remove software in Windows. It says it has been successful removed, but when I reboot it's still there!
