WIPER PROBLEM

The serrated nut which fixes on to my wiper mootor is worn. i cant find a nut the same. if i fit a serrated washer between will this do same job

SONY SONIC STAGE

please help. i down loaded my music to an external hard drive and now i cant open it on wmp. the message appears the windows doesnt support the file or doesnt support the codec used to compress it....
