My partner and I are planning to go away during the October half term. We haven't got loads of money to spend but would love to do something active like water sports or any other outdoor activities....

I am extremely worried about my dad. He has been working for a company for a couple of years now and it looks like they are trying to push him out. He as an area sales manager and turned 50 this year...
