"Parameter is incorrect" when accessing CD-Rs

Some CD-Rs that I've written give me the error "Parameter is incorrect" when I try to view them through Windows Explorer, and I can't access them. What's wrong, and is there any way to get fix this...

DivX problems and video files crashing

i've copied some video files onto CD and playing them in DivX. Having problems with some of them in that they crash my system at various intervals. Even Ctrl+Alt+Del fails sometimes...occassional...
