Washing Machine

Any ideas about how to stabalise a shaking washing machine? I did once come across some pads to put under w/m which purported to calm down the jumping, but can't find them now.

Bathroom Ventilation

My bathroom gets very quickly steamed up especially when the shower is being used. What would you suggest in way of ventilation or extraction? I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
