Contract law

Does anyone have any knowledge on contract law? I am in a situation with work (NHS) and need to speak to someone who has experience or knowledge. The union rep (UNISON) is useless.

Transfering parents house into childs name

My parents have no mortgage on the house and would like to transfer it over into my name. What happens if they transfer it over then go into a nursing home within 5years of transferance?
