Caught the end of this, but apparently there is a petition for Ken Dodd to recieve a knighthood. I know that one regular on here LOVES the old KD and wondered what she thought about this....
The saying 'cheap at half the price' apparently means a bargain...surely 'cheap at twice the price' would make more sense, ie something you really want, you're prepared to pay twice as much!?
I'm being stalked by a spider on my living room celing. I keep having to move to a different seat because I have a hideous feeeling it's going to drop off the celing and land on my hair!!! Arghhhh!!
