I have wireless installed on my lap top. I am able to connect to an open WIFI and download my emails on outlook express but am unable to send or surf the net. When I click on repair for the connection...

missing msvcr80.dll

My Norton WinDoctor says that msvcr80.dll is missing and some programs may not work properly. How do I stop this message when I can find the msvcr80.dll in My documents and say that it contains 612 KB
