Is this justified? Can I complain?

Water pump leaking and replaced on a Ford Focus 1.6 LX 54 plate, 30,000 miles. Bought the car from a Ford Dealer 2 years ago. Is it worth writing to Ford to complain? Could I get my ?175.00 refunded....
