Does anybody know what harm drinking 1/2 a bottle of Vodka every night will do to someones body? A family member does this and Iam worried about their health. Thanks.

Is there such a thing in the shops, if so, where could I buy them, anyone tried them and are they of any use? I've got about 3 stone to lose, and want to do it fairly slowly, eating sensibly, cutting...
