Green screen

When I click on BBC news video clip the screen is Green,and no picture.Happens on some others. How to rectify it .Please?

Flat battery

Battery flat on1998 Corsa (daughter's) connected my jump leads to it,but there is nothing,no ign.light or anything else.It's been stood 2 weeks without use. Any ideas please.?

Windows Media library problem

After I select and play a song,instead of following on in sequence,it plays another tune at random. What has gone wrong,system restore didn't help.?

If I enable my Norton Personal Firewall,I cannot get access to IE websites.If I leave it Disabled,there are no problems.What risks am I taking when it's Disabled?
