Water cut off what about central heating

Water cut off here this morning - can someone advise what this means for my gas fired central heating. I presume there will be a problem if the water in the cylinder which is heated by the GFCH...

Buying a holiday home in France - Southwest or South?

Considering taking the plunge in 2010 - i.e. buying a property either near La Rochelle or Biarittz or perhaps Perpignan/Montpelier. - Any initial thoughts?
