birthing ball exercises?

my sister has an exercise ball, but she is now pregnant, and wants to know what exercises she can do on it. does anyone know a website that has some on? thanks (i may put this in b&s too)

how do tv licence detectors know if you have a colour or black and white tv?

the signal fromthe station is the same, it just the piece of machine that receives it that turn it black and white. so how can they tell? thanks

sweetcorn tins...

is is ok to store sweetcorn in the tins - as it has a kind of white plastic coating on it so i assume the metal will not be in contact with the food? anyone know why the tins have this coating? thanks

what possible reason could there be for someone to transfer the name on their utility bills to someone else who is unnconnected the property. why would it matter? why would the electricty board care...

why not have a rating system for crap answers? as well as the 3 stars, how about 3 'thumbs down' symbols so people can say they didn't like an answer. it may stop some of the arguing...
