I ordered a bed for my son over the internet but it arrived without the tent (out 0f stock), the ladder will not fit on the side we want it and the base slats that hold the mattress dont screw into...
Where do I go next? Complained to shop and manufacturer - no satisfactory outcome. Taken 3 weeks to get a letter requesting return of the insect, no apology!
