my friend was wrongly charged with a crime,sent to prison for 6 months,released after 2week after they realised they made a mistake.Now he has received a bill for ?450 bed and bord from the prison...

I believe you are in the electrics industry. How many times have your hands been tied by eurapean legislation. And the contintental sparks dont care about what is imposed on us and do their own thing....
