I want to move to Hawaii

I want to move to Hawaii and i want to either be a freelance photagrapher and live on Kauai but the more i research it the more it looks impossible. Does anybody live their?

rental bungalows in Kauai

i was thinking about buying a little bungalow/condo in Kauai and renting it out to visitors. just wondering if anyone could give me advice on it
