Adobe Photoshop and RAW downloads

Hello I have a Canon EOS 400D and I download my photos into Photoshop 5. Everything downloads fine except RAW images. Do I need to upgrade my version of Photoshop or is there a patch I can download....

The ipod claims to have 25 minutes anti-skipping. What does this mean? can I only jog for 25 minutes before the music starts jumping around??
