Computer messed up

Two boxes have appeared on my computer and seem to be messing up its operation. One says "Windows Installer - Preparing to install" and the other "Microsoft Money. Setup needs to clear Microsoft Money...

Not sure if  hijack is the right word,but When I use Internet Explorer,my homepage defaults to the following page: about:blank.I go to my internet settings and remove it as my home page and reset...

spam origins

I received Spam email claiming that I had registered myself to receive it. The message gives the ip number of the computer used (62.7.134.161) and the hostname of the service provider...
