Does any one know how Sway used other peoples beats in his This is my promo 1&2 mixtape and not get sued for it, i thought maybe coz it wasnt officially released but ive seen it on amazon website?...

Well you know when u buy a cd and it has all the credits and where samples came from in the sleeve, is there a net site where this info can be found out! Cheers all
