No free space on DVD No used space

When I place a dvd-rw disc in the drive I am unable to copy to it. When checking properties box it shows no free space and no used space. Have been trying to find the problem for two weeks without...

Internet connection closes

Help appreciated please. Each time I try to install Mcafee BT Net Protect Plus my internet connection closes down before final installation takes place. Other times it just lists components and states...
