Photo colours all wrong ............

Can anyone help please? I have a problem with my photo printing. I can print photos out on A4 paper and they have correct colours but when I change the paper to Kodak photo paper the colours change...

Is it illegal to have an untaxed car parked on the road?

There is a car parked on the other side of the road to me which restricts me getting on and off my driveway. The tax disc has expired. The vehicle never moves and it is really getting my goat!!
