Noises my baby makes while sleeping

I have mentioned this to the Health Visitor - she says its normal but shes not having to listen to it almost every night. My baby (4 weeks old) snorts a lot, gurgles, snores, sounds totally bunged up...

Pinguecula - have you had this eye condition?

I went to the opticians today and they told me I have this condition.  They are not 100% sure what caused it - has anyone had this and did it go away in time?  Grateful for any advice.
