perimeter face

we have a garage that acts as our perimeter face, if we take down the garage, could we put up wire to form a perimeter face, or will the neighbours next door be able to build a wall there.

Hi Problem 1-- when in AB for instance the page displays only in the middle of the screen with wide blank spaces at each side. Prob 2 How to make text larger and stay larger as default.....
