on my car these brake discs are solid i am wondering would i be able to upgrade these brakes and put on vented and slotted discs

Nissan Micra stereo change

HelloI have a 04 Nissan Micra S im thinking of putting it a Sony CDXA250.Will i need any wiring adapters.Will it blow my spakers (i dont know much about wattage)CheersAlex
