i have light mousy brown hair with a blonde patch at the side of my head,im fed up with dying my hair to cover it.is there a surgical way they could transplant some of my natural hair into this blonde...

i have light brown hair,but have a blondish patch of hair to the side of my head,i dye my hair regular but after a couple of weeks you notice the blonde coming through again any ideas please other...
