Using Sky box as a freeview box - remove unwanted channels

I have cancelled with Sky but am still using the box to view TV. I can only receive the free to air channels of course but on the viewing menus all channels I can no longer receive are still visible....

been suspended an inordinate amount of time. All good clean fun and I am sure the banter was fun and harmless. Never known a suspension last this long. ??...
