Certain keys not working

s, w, X & 2 keys are not working (had to cut & paste to get them here), also Alt/Tab closes down pc. Any ideas how to resolve this?

internet explorer blue 'e'

I'm new to xp & i've noticed there's no blue 'e' to load internet explorer. I have to go to file & new window to open an extra page, & i can only open 2 pages max.  Is there...
