Text/page size

Is there any way I can increase the text size on webpages? Also, some pages display in an upright A4 manner, not filling the whole screen. How can I alter this? Thanks

How can I increase the page and text size? I have a 17 inch screen, but the text is tiny, and the pages are not full-screen, and I'm struggling to see! Thanks
