I just cannot get the hang of them. Either you're a fake tan or a moisturiser. Do not tell me you're a moisturiser with 'sun-kissed' colour in it, so I apply it like a moisturiser only to 'develop'...

Hot Chilli/Curry!

I've heard that when your mouth burns whilst eating a curry/chilli, it's best to avoid water as this only makes it hotter! does anyone know what's recommended to cool your mouth down?
