USB flash drive

Have just bought a USB flash drive. Stuck it in the port and Windows (XP) installed it successfully. Device manager says it's working fine. The only thing Windows hasn't done is created a drive for it...

fault with DVD player

my DVD player has developed a fault - it often won't 'pick up' discs. by that I mean you stick a disc in, it whirrs around a bit for about 15 seconds and then just says 'no disc'. occasionally it does...
