dog/dog aggression

I have a Boxer croosed with a Rhodesian Ridgeback, Who when he is on free run he chases and will bite other dogs. Because of this he has to muzzled. He is good with other dogs that come into my house....

Can someone please tell me how to stop my dog eating his own poop? I do try to clean it up asap if he does one in the back garden, but sometimes he does it as soon as i let him out, then eats it...
