waiting for items from u.s.a.

Help can anyone tell me how long it takes for items from u.s.a. to get to uk? i was told by company it would be 3 to 5 days it as been 6 now.could anyone help me? please,

i was told be company that my goods would take 3 to 5 days to get to me how can i find when they will get here,
