How painful are Tattoo's?

On a scale of 1 -10 how painful is it to get a tattoo. I've just made the appointment for my first one, eek and I'm a wee bit nervous now. Should I be prepared for agony? or is it a scratching...

How can I help my dog, she is really badly constipated

and is in discomfort? Should I phone the out of hours (cost an arm and a leg vet) or is there an over the counter remedy I could try? Any one any ideas?

I just had an Asda good for you spaghetti with tomato & mozzarella sauce . packet meal...I ripped it open, tossed it in a bowl added boiling water and nuked it for 4 minutes and it was bliddy...
