Takeaway Deliveries

These days do people pay for takeaways by debit card over the phone or do you pay in cash when it gets to your house? (We live in Hicksville and you can't get takeaways delivered here.)

What Are They Called?

I am looking for the correct name for a sort of logic puzzle. It consists of a grid with numbers on two sides indicating how many squares you have to fill in to make some sort of picture/design.
