Changing your bedding..........how often?

I know a family who havent changed their bedding for at least 4 months! Surely it must stink to high heaven?? I change mine every week, give or take a day or so. And sometimes change the bottom fitted...

When switching on Laptop I put some pressure on the screen. I now have hundreds of multi coloured stripes up and down the screen. It is just like defragmenting the pc. Sorry for any spelling mistakes...
