My Grand-daughter is buying a second hand car it has no tax or MOT, she can drive it to an MOT Station providing it is pre-booked in but how does she manage without Tax is she safe from prosecution.

incomplete marriage certificate

Why wouldn't a marriage certificate show details of the brides father. The certificate is from 1838 and no comment or remark is made under "father name & surname"

If a petrol engined car is filled with diesel or vice versa and the fuel is drained from the fuel tank by a garage, who has ownership of the drained fuel, the garage or the owner of the vehicle.
