Aged debt on credit report

How long does a debt stay on your credit report? I've heard that if the debt is approx 6 years old you don't have to pay it??? Thanks

Second hand gearbox???

Hi guys, Any advice on picking out a gearbox from the shelf of a scrappies please? I just picked one up but it's from an L reg and my Rover 214 is an S reg! Am I right in assuming it'll either not fit...

head gasket failure

I think my rover 214 is slowly losing coolant into the cylinders, what is the best way to test for this type of head gasket failure please? thanks

Is it the big end bearings?

My brother has a knocking noise from his Rover 214 and i'm unsure how to tell if it is the big end bearings or not without stripping down? The car has been run almost dry of oil on more than one...

Hi Abers. I am no stranger to the tools but have never changed a glow plug in my life. How do I change a set on a 2.5 td Transit 2000 and is there anything i should be aware of? Thanks very much.
